How to Use
With a pH of 6.6, Extreme Lifting Complex may be applied in the morning under your makeup or in the evening before applying makeup for any important event. Wait until it has penetrated before applying your moisturizer on top. For a longer lasting effect, wait until your moisturizer has penetrated before applying foundation.
